Refund Policy


1. If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).
2. If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you've paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the Refund’s amount, from the Original Cost of the items. Should you wish to check how much is the amount of the items after the discounts, you may go to your order query or go through this link:
3. The Order’s Shipping Fee won’t be included in refunds. We also don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may have resulted from shipping the returned items.

Request:
1. Items received within 30 days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

 

Refunds

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.

Return Policy: Chicmatchy will only accept returns on products that are identified as eligible for return or are received damaged. Once Chicmatchy confirms that your Product was returned in accordance with this policy, your credit card or PayPal account will be fully refunded. We do not accept any Product exchanges.

If the Product arrived damaged (“Damaged Product”), Chicmatchy will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once Chicmatchy confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.

Return Procedures: All returns must be made within 30days after the Product delivery date. All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.
