    Q:Why i have two different tracking number?

    A:Occasionally, we need to send your order in two or more shipments. Because it can help you reduce risk of paying tax.Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

    1. Check your order confirmation email for the Order Number.
    2. Tracking number will be generated and sent through an email after your order has been shipped.
    3. If you cannot find it, you can also go to your Order Details page and click 'Track' to check your tracking information.
    4. To be clear,once you ships out the tracking info was temporary empty.Therefore,you may not be able to check your order but tracking info will update by shipping carrier in 2-7 days. 
    • Shipment normally takes 12-30 business days to arrive,shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

     Q:Why my tracking number shows my package has been delivered but I didn't receive the package?
